Description
A green tea prepared with spearmint leaves and sugar; traditionally served warm (or cold if you are in Spain).
Ingredients
5cup boiling water
1tbsp Chinese green tea (any green tea will do)
4tbsp sugar
1/4cup spearmint (fresh, use less if dried) (you can add more to taste)

Steps
Bring the 4 cups of water to boil, add the sugar and swirl until dissolved. Add green tea and mint and let steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain and serve (in Moroccan glasses)!
