Description
A green tea prepared with spearmint leaves and sugar;  traditionally served warm (or cold if you are in Spain).
Ingredients
  • 5 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbsp Chinese green tea (any green tea will do)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup spearmint (fresh, use less if dried) (you can add more to taste)
Instructions
  1. Steps

    Bring the 4 cups of water to boil, add the sugar and swirl until dissolved. Add green tea and mint and let steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain and serve (in Moroccan glasses)!
